Judy Lynch, RN, BS, MAOM
Director, Seniors•At•Home
Ms. Lynch joined JFCS as Director of Seniors•At•Home, the senior service division, in January 2005. She is responsible for the program planning, direction, and development of our continuum of home-based services, ensuring excellence in standards of care and compliance with oversight bodies. She has over 30 years of experience in community-based senior care in the Bay Area, including home care and hospice. She has an M.A. in Organizational Management and is certified as a Legal Nurse Consultant (LNCC) and Public Health Nurse (C-PHN). She is a current appointee of the San Francisco Commission on Aging and Adult Services to the Advisory Board of the Department of Aging and Adult Services; and is a working member of the San Francisco Partnership for Community-based Care.

Bernadette Sweeney, MSW, LCSW
Assistant Director, Seniors•At•Home
Ms. Sweeney joined Seniors•At•Home in May 2001 as Site Director of the Marin Region, and in December 2006 became Assistant Director of Seniors•At•Home agency-wide. She is responsible for the effective operation and performance of the clinical, care management, conservatorship, money management, volunteer, spiritual care, holocaust survivor and food programs. Ms. Sweeney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has over 44 years experience as a social worker, supervisor and director in areas such as aging, home health, Alzheimer's, oncology and in-patient psychiatry. She is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers, having held a number of elected positions, including Vice President of Organizational Development and Membership, and is a three-time California delegate to the National Delegate Assembly in Washington, D.C.

Susanne Jasculca, RN, BS
Home Care Supervisor, Peninsula
Ms. Jasculca joined Seniors•At•Home as Home Care Supervisor, Peninsula in April 2004. She is responsible for delivery and coordination of home care services. She works closely with clients, as well as their families and physicians, to provide quality care for frail seniors. Ms. Jasculca has over 45 years of health care experience, including management positions such as charge nurse and director of nursing, in the areas of geriatrics, home care, medical/surgical nursing, research and adult day care. She holds a B.S. in Psychology. She is a working member of the San Francisco Bay Area Regional Council.

Lois Roth, RN, BS
Home Care Supervisor, Marin County
Ms. Roth has been with Seniors•At•Home as Home Care Supervisor, Marin County for 2 years. Prior to that, she worked for Seniors•At•Home as a Linkages Care Manager for 4 years. She is responsible for delivery and coordination of home care services. Ms. Roth has over 30 years experience, including management positions in acute care hospitals, geriatrics, medical/surgical, home care and hospice. She is certified as a Public Health Nurse (C-PHN). Ms. Roth is a working member of the Marin Bridges Committee.

Linda Davis, RN, BS
Home Care Supervisor, San Francisco
Ms. Davis joined Seniors•At•Home as Home Care Supervisor, San Francisco in August 2006. She is responsible for delivery and coordination of home care services. Ms. Davis has 22 years of health care experience, including 10 years as an RN. She has an extensive background in home care with additional experience in psychiatric and medical/surgical nursing, and as a hospice volunteer. She is a working member of Sensory Access Foundation’s Business Advisory Council, helping to mentor people with disabilities entering the workforce.

Redwing Keyssar, RN, BA
Director, Palliative and End of Life Care Program
Ms. Keyssar joined Seniors•At•Home as Director of the Palliative and End of Life Care Program in January 2007. She is responsible for overall program development and supervision, training of staff, volunteers and the community, and palliative care consultation. Ms. Keyssar has over 18 years experience as an RN with work in oncology, critical care, hospice, and spiritual care of the dying, as well as 30 years experience in complementary medicine. She holds certifications in End of Life Nursing Education (ELNEC) and Guided Imagery for Pain Management. Ms. Keyssar is Executive Director of Transformations in Care, a working member of the Bay Area Palliative Care Nurses Consortium, and on the steering committee of both the SF Bay Area Network for End of Life Care and the statewide California Coalition for Compassionate Care.
